    Our Valentina Gown comes with detachable flare sleeves which we love as you can remove them for a "second look".

    • Return Policy

      As we offer a made to order service we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault.

      We ask that you ensure your measurements are correct prior to ordering.

      We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault).
      If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, postage will be covered by CWB and you will be offered either a credit note or an exchange

      Both options come with a complimentary 20% off discount code to use on your next order.

      These faults must be brought to CWB immediately and no longer than 48 hours after you have received your items.

    • Shipping

      For any inquiries regarding shipping please contact us via the contact form. 

      All orders are shipped through Australia Post.

      Shipping is complimentary on all orders and include tracking, insurance and signature on delivery. 

      Customers are responsible to pay any custom charges and taxes they may receive in regards to their deliveries.   

    • Delivery

      The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only, however every order requires a minimum of 8 weeks to manufacture (excluding delivery)

      Clara White Bridal will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

    • Exchanges


      We are happy to offer exchanges to new and unworn items where possible.
      In the chance you would like to exchange an item please contact us via our contact form

      Exchanges can only happen if we happen to have the items in stock, once you email us we will advise you of what items we have in stock and available for exchange.

      Should the selected gown be a lower price the balance will be provided in the form of a credit note.

      The customer is responsible for all shipping and any custom taxes that may be attached to this exchange.
